Lincoln County Fair
The 2003 Lincoln County Fair is scheduled for July 30 to Aug.4 at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds.
For more than 100 years, the county fair has been a place for county residents to show cattle, crops, garden produce and small animals, as well as homemaking skills in crafts and cooking.
Lincoln County 4-H youth can display their skills in exhibits including cattle, poultry, rabbits, sheep, dog handling, photography, cake decorating and sewing.

Fall Fun Fest
The 13th annual Fall Fun Fest is scheduled for Sept. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 13.
The festival was established by the late John Cox, who saw it as a way for not-for-profit organizations to do fund-raisers, and help boost the economy of North Platte in the fall months.
Some of the events include arts in the park, rodeo finals and the Col. Cody Cruise Show and Shine.
